Hi. I’m Sophia. I help [WHO] with [WHAT] so they can [WHY]
What do they actually want out of hiring me? What’s the end goal they secretly want beyond my servce? What is their core desire or frustration? Am I using the exact language they would use to talk to a friend? NO JARGON. No operations management, If you have a million projects sitting and not getting done, I can help you fix that. I take an idea to shipped and delivered in 30 days. Am I being clear? Don’t say “I help you realize your vision”. Connect what you do back to money, time, energy, but do market research to find out what they actually say
Proof of skill: have you done this work before? show examples. Can you be specific? show, don’t tell can you share results and connect them back to what your client cares about. Only show the best 2-3 examples of your work
Need to show value > price What expensive problem does my service prevent or fix? When will the client see ROI? It could be money or time. What is the cost of not hiring me? Why are my services worth more than someone else? How do I reduce risk for clients? How much time/money do clients typically save when working with me? How much would it cost the client to solve this problem by themselves? Business manager: audits of their funnels/processes and look for leaks and then plug those holes - more efficient means more products means more money. Manage teams so they don’t have to. Create systems so other people can do the work if someone is out the company can still run.

About Me
Hi! My name is Sophia. I’ve been working in operations for 4 years supporting startups and entrepreneurs scale their business. I have experience with X X X. Some of my proudest accomplishments include: running a department alone, automating my full time job so I could work PT and go back to school, helping a business owner launch business in 4 months, $30k? In my spare time, I am in a bagpipe band, and have two cats (make it funnier or more real, more memorable)
CTA section, make it a no-brainer, so easy that they can’t say no
what’s the smallest possible commitment a client could make?
What valuable quick-win could you offer in 15 minutes?
what small sample of your work could you review for free?
what’s a low-risk way clients could test working with you?
what’s the 1 think holding clients back from starting?
Asking a stranger to pay you $3k is too big a trust gap so your first interaction should be small and give you a chance to build trust. Do not make them fill out a big form, only ask 2-3 things. Maybe they fill out a short survey of their biggest pain points and you send them some quick fixes they can do right away. Or book a 20 minute slot on my calendar so we can figure out what you’re #1 priority should be this quarter
